  • Stephen Christensen is the founder of Six Stops, a brand and platform advisory working with professional athletes who are thinking beyond the field of play. A former Division I and professional athlete himself, Stephen brings a rare combination of competitive insight, creative strategy, and operational execution to the work of helping athletes and organizations build meaningful platforms at the intersection of sport, business, and culture.

Through Six Stops, Stephen has conceived and executed athlete-led initiatives, including a featured athlete-led activation at the inaugural TEDSports, which received exceptional attendee feedback and ranked among the top-rated experiences of the event, as well as a first-of-its-kind in-season NBA Speaker Series built around an active NBA starter. This work has created direct, high-trust connection points between athletes, investors, founders, and senior executives while athletes are still competing at the highest level.

Stephen has produced and secured feature segments spotlighting athletes across national platforms and has collaborated with organizations including TED, Forbes, Bloomberg, USA Today Sports, and Men’s Fitness. His work has supported partnerships and experiences with brands such as adidas, Compass, and Verizon, as well as global sports brands through agency-led event partnerships, and direct work with organizations including Delta and The Home Depot, translating athlete and talent stories into authentic, high-impact brand moments grounded in credibility and purpose.

Across his career, Stephen has operated alongside iconic figures in sport and entertainment, including Michael Jordan, Stephen Curry, and Michael Phelps, within high-stakes environments ranging from global brand activations and talent-led experiences during Super Bowl Week and Masters Week to championship-level events. His focus has consistently been on helping individuals and teams perform under pressure, build trust beyond titles, and show up with intention in the rooms that matter most.

Stephen founded Six Stops to serve as a trusted strategic partner, not a gatekeeper, guiding athletes and organizations toward clarity, alignment, and long-term impact through thoughtful positioning, relationships, and disciplined execution.
